2. About Our Services
The Advantaged Yacht Sales is a Miami-based yacht brokerage offering vessel sales, trade-ins, charter management, and related advisory services. We are an authorized dealer for select manufacturers including Sessa Marine and Granfort Boats.
3. Listings & Vessel Information
Vessel specifications, photos, pricing, and availability shown on this site are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Pricing and availability can change without notice. All vessels are sold subject to prior sale, withdrawal, or price change. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own surveys, sea trials, and inspections before purchase.
4. Inquiries & Communications
By submitting a contact form or inquiry, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, text, or WhatsApp regarding your request. You may opt out of further communications at any time.
5. Charter Management Disclaimer
Our charter management calculator and projections are illustrative only and based on assumptions about marina rates, charter demand, crew costs, and tax treatment. Actual results vary. Please consult a qualified tax professional and your charter manager before relying on any figures shown on this website.

12. TAEG Membership
Price and commitment. The Advantaged Entrepreneur Guide (TAEG) costs $19.99 per month, including applicable taxes. Each membership term is 12 months, payable in 12 monthly installments totaling $239.88. Enrollment and payments are handled through Stripe.
Early cancellation and refunds. You commit to all 12 payments for each membership term. There is no early cancellation, and payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Choosing not to use the services does not end the payment commitment. These terms do not restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Automatic renewal and non-renewal. Membership automatically renews for another 12-month term unless you email the contact address in Section 11 before your next term begins to request non-renewal. Include the name and email used at checkout so we can identify your membership. Non-renewal stops the next term; it does not cancel the current term or its remaining payments. Your membership remains available through the end of the paid term.
What membership includes. Members may ask questions and receive experienced third-party guidance on starting a rental business, setting up a company, rental contracts, insurance and financing, and day-to-day operations. We also provide guidance on applicable business tax receipts (BTRs) and U.S. Coast Guard requirements, including inspections where required. Requirements depend on the vessel, location, and operating model; membership is not a license, inspection certificate, or authorization to operate.
Legal and professional assistance. We do not promise legal representation and do not act as your attorney. Our assistance consists of experience-based guidance and introductions to appropriate independent professionals, including legal teams. Any professional engagement, scope of work, and fees must be agreed directly with that provider. Membership does not guarantee financing, insurance coverage, regulatory approval, or business results. Rental contracts should be reviewed by qualified counsel for your operation.
Getting support. After joining, email your questions to the address in Section 11. For urgent business questions, you may text the phone number in Section 11 to seek a faster response. Immediate replies or 24-hour availability are not guaranteed. This is not an emergency response service; contact the appropriate emergency services for threats to life, safety, or property.
